The Millisle & District Somme Society honours the sacrifices of those who served in war through commemoration, education, and remembrance. We focus on the Battle of the Somme and other major conflicts. Each year, we host a Remembrance Parade in Millisle Village, supported by local bands, associations, lodges, and public representatives.
